Applying for registration

Use Form RV1 when applying to register a retirement village on the Retirement Villages Register.

File this form with us, along with any requested supporting documents, and pay the registration fee.

Filing an annual return

Use Form RV2 — Annual return and certificate of registered documents to file an annual return for your retirement village.

File this form with us,along with a copy of your audited financial statements and other supporting documents, and pay the annual return filing fee.

Updating information on the register

Use Form RV3 —Change of circumstances to notify us of a change to:

• the land comprising the retirement village
• your registered documents
• the name of your retirement village
• the details of a retirement village operator
• the status or details of your retirement village's statutory supervisor

Change of village address

Use Form RV6 — Change of village's addresses to notify us of a change to the registered office or address for service for your retirement village

Cancelling your registration

Use Form RV4 — Request for cancellation of registration to cancel the registration of your retirement village on the Retirement Villages Register.

Applying for a statutory supervisor exemption

Use Form RV5 — Application for exemption from requirement for statutory supervisor when applying for an exemption from the requirement to appoint a statutory supervisor to your retirement village.
