Changing a retirement village address
File a change of village address form with us
If the registered office or address for service of a retirement village changes, the operator must file a change of village address form with us.
When to notify us
The operator of a retirement village must, on Form RV6 (Change of village's address), notify us of any change to:
- the registered office, or
- address for service of the retirement village.
