  To incorporate a credit union, it must comply with the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982.​

• Keeping details up to date opens in a new window

  Once your credit union is registered with the Companies Office, you need to keep its details up to date on the register.

• Annual filing requirements opens in a new window

  Credit unions must file an annual return and financial statements with us.

• Applying for removal from the register opens in a new window

  You can ask us to remove your credit union from the register if it has ceased to operate.

  The current fees you pay for incorporation, filing annual returns and lodging financial statements.​​​
