Keeping a limited partnership's details up to date

The following forms are necessary to perform certain tasks when keeping your limited partnership's details up to date on the register. Please submit your completed forms using the appropriate upload service. Refer to our help guides for instructions:

This form must accompany a 'Change of General Partner Details' request for the appointment of new general partners. Each new general partner must complete a consent form.

The Registrar of Limited Partnerships has the power to restore a limited partnership to the register under the Limited Partnerships Act 2008. Upload this form when making your application.

An application can be made to the Registrar to remove a limited partnership from the register. The general partner or limited partner, or any other person permitted by the partnership agreement, can complete this application form and submit it to the Registrar.
